The song, Who Let The Dogs Out, released in 2000, became an instant number one hit worldwide, with its high energy and recognizable dance rhythms, also a very memorable call and respond flow to the chorus.

The Baha Men are a group from the Bahamas, and their roots go back to the 1970s.
Baha Men had a strong following in the Caribbean before making international fame in the 2000s with the song Who let The Dogs Out.

The song appeared on the album Who Let the Dogs Out, which credited multiple producers, including: Steve Greenberg,
Pete Amato, Jeffrey Chea, Skoti-Alain Elliot,
Anthony Flowers, among others.

The song is not very complex, which I would say added to it's ease in remembering, and why it became such a big hit for people, it certainly has a very simple feel to it.

The song itself for me, it doesn't really feel like much of anything, it's not something for me that I personally would enjoy to dance to, although I have been known to get up and dance to it because everybody around me was.
I personally feel that maybe there wasn't a whole lot of effort by the songwriter here, that's really not much to the lyrics from my standpoint.
The song has actually made the list of one of the most annoying songs out today, and it's because it's "sticky" regardless of whether or not you like it, it does stick in your head and you wind up singing it all day long because of that.
Although loved by a lot of people, for me it doesn't really touch me personally, and while I recommend it to people who enjoy upbeat songs like this, I also issue caution that unless you want something stuck in your head for a week, to not listen to this song.
